Humperdink is a Melbourne based (Brisbane born) creative collective, offering freelance graphic design and art direction. Humperdink is an ideas driven consultancy with creativity at it's core. Delivering strategic, intelligent and insightful creative solutions to solve business problems and respond to human needs.
I am Kieryn (Humperdink) Humphries. I am a graphic designer, art director, creative, educator, lecturer, freelancer, sometimes copywriter, ex-studio manager, ex-creative director, travel aficionado, coffee drinker, pretend photographer, sometimes production manager, Staffy mother and amateur cook and Uber eats ordering expert.
For 18 years my mission has always been to partner with really smart collaborators and allow my innate curiosity to foster continuous learning. ‘Humperdink’ is the culmination of these collective relationships. The collective enables endless expertise across various areas of communication and the unique ability to collaborate with expert creatives on a job-by-job basis.

During the busy Christmas shopping period, everybody has their own way of dealing with the chaos of Christmas shopping. At Mt Ommaney Centre every type of shopper is welcome to shop their own way, as demonstrated in its latest campaign 'Free to Christmas Shop Your Way' via Engine Group. Shopper archetypes Christmas themed as Santa's Reindeer - Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Donner, Blitzen and of course Rudolph.
This years Brisbane Advertising and Design Awards was a particularly successful one for Humperdink picking up 2 awards, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze. Together with creative partner Jon Pickersgill and Engine Group they were awarded in the Self Promotion and Direct Mail categories for work on 'De Frosty' and 'Melbourne Cup'
Operation wanted creates awareness about the need to desex and microchip your animals. It is out mission to ensure that every dog and cat has a loving home to go to. This pilot campaign was a resounding success. In some areas desexing figures jumped to over 300%. Local Vets also jumped on board, many requesting on going involvement. It's has now been adopted nation wide and run yearly.
